• We support JPEG, PNG, PDF files.
• Prints are created at a minimum of 72 DPI (pixels per inch)
• We recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the recommended sizes below:

If your image resolution is higher than 72 dpi, it will turn out even better since it will be printed at an even higher resolution than the minimum.

• After you send us your file we will review it's quality and let you know. We would recommend that the minimum pixel dimensions for any file you submit be 768 x 1024 (portrait) or 1024 x 768 (landscape). You can locate this information in photo editing programs such as Microsoft Paint (Select the File tab ---> Properties) and Adobe Photoshop (Select Image Size tab).  

• To achieve consistency in colors from file-to-print, we recommend files be in CYMK format.

• Yes. We highly recommend that you include a bleed or "excess area" within your image. This will ensure that nothing within your image is cut-off and/or covered by the rods. Regarding the bleed, it should be 1/4” where the rods will be located, and 1/8” on the “non-roded” areas.

• Maximum file size you can upload is 100mb. If your file is larger than 100 mb, please send us the DropBox link (www.dropbox.com) within the comments section
